I applied online and received a response within 5 days for an interview. The first interview was with an AIG Recruiter. Then, the second round was with the Regional Underwriting Manager .

Tell me about yourself. Can you explain the capital markets.
Der Ablauf verlief chronologisch. Man musste sich erstmal vorstellen und danach wurde die Stelle erklaert. Anschliessend gab es mehrere Fragen fuer den Bereich Haftpflicht. Zum Schluss konnte man Fragen stellen und diese wurden auch beantwortet.

Was faellt under Haftplicht und nenne uebliche Faelle
3 interviews: HR, direct manager and country manager. Very fluent process. I was able to meet a junior from the team. Overall, it was rather easy, no technical questions as ut was a junior role.
In person interviews - 1 one-on-one with hiring manager followed by a group interview. Office is nice and they were very nice throughout the interview. Communicated through email and had very timely responses
