First interview was with recruiting company. Then followed interview with HR Manager. This interview really general with no specific testing on skills. Following step of interview with HR Manager EMEA, and focused on checking communication skill in English. Last step was a second interview with the local HR Manager that also gave more detailed presentation of the organization.

Entrevista
The interview process was efficient and thoughtful. It is customary at AIG to ask a guest if they would like water, coffee or tea and this was no exception. Everyone was very polite and courteous.
