Positive interview process with managers but human resources part behaves some discriminating behaviors on me and despite managers agree to move forward with me but HR rejects. Happy to interview with the manager and senior underwriters in the department and they are very friendly.

Explain your regular responsibilities in a day.
How you communicate your struggling customers.
Der Ablauf verlief chronologisch. Man musste sich erstmal vorstellen und danach wurde die Stelle erklaert. Anschliessend gab es mehrere Fragen fuer den Bereich Haftpflicht. Zum Schluss konnte man Fragen stellen und diese wurden auch beantwortet.

Was faellt under Haftplicht und nenne uebliche Faelle
3 interviews: HR, direct manager and country manager. Very fluent process. I was able to meet a junior from the team. Overall, it was rather easy, no technical questions as ut was a junior role.
In person interviews - 1 one-on-one with hiring manager followed by a group interview. Office is nice and they were very nice throughout the interview. Communicated through email and had very timely responses
