met with several managers and felt comfortable right away with their questions which were pretty standard. I met with someone who i would report directly to and to their manager as well.

Average. Asked about competency, soft skills, and the situational questions. The process was longer than expected but overall it was a usual experience I've had with other employers. Do your company research. If it aligns then go for it.

Initial screening with HR for 20 min. then Video interview on behavioural, situational, competency and fit. Explore challenges, leadership and influencing capability. this was for internal relocation. answer clearly, don’t feel the need to fill all time, use examples from your resume
