First interview is a phone screen, second interview is in person and is standard typical interview. by two people . The job ad was a little different from what they are actually looking for, from a technology perspective and if I had known this I would have positioned myself a little different. It was pleasant enough and professional.

Average. Asked about competency, soft skills, and the situational questions. The process was longer than expected but overall it was a usual experience I've had with other employers. Do your company research. If it aligns then go for it.

Initial screening with HR for 20 min. then Video interview on behavioural, situational, competency and fit. Explore challenges, leadership and influencing capability. this was for internal relocation. answer clearly, don’t feel the need to fill all time, use examples from your resume
