Entrevista
It started off with a phone interview. After the phone interview you will be schedule for a face to face interview with the department manager. After that you will have one more interview with the manager that's over the department manager. The process took about two months.
The interview process consisted of an initial phone screening then an interview with 5 different AIG employees. Finally you will receive the final decision. During these interviews they were mostly behavioral questions.

Very friendly and patiently explaing the job function. They tend to look for people that can be with the company for a longer term and are willing to provide training if you get in.
Quick and easy, all interviewers at the panel were very welcoming and friendly. one of my favorite interview experiences, would definitely recommend trying out this process. consisted of 3 rounds
