I was recruited through the University of Houston Career Center. First, there was an over the phone interview. Second, Were many 1:1 interview process with many different management positions in one day, approx 4-5hr process. Finally, there was a observational group as AIG representatives presented many topics and aspects of the company. Afterwards, there was allot of On-Bording paperwork and a one-week expense paid training in New York, New York. The entire process took about 3-months, but was well worth it.
