Got a surprise evening call from a recruiter. She asked if I applied for the position and verified my identity. From there, she launched straight into a screening that felt more like a phone interview. If you apply, be on your toes! I got a call the same day to go in for an in-person interview three days later. It all happened very quickly, but it took forever to get feedback afterward.

Application form via their website. Then was sent a link to complete a global online assessment via Cappfinity platform. This took 45 mins and tested cognitive ability and personality traits. Two days later I received a strengths assessment.

Applied through internal referral. There was total one round interview with Director and HR together. Asked about past work experience, why AECOM, some behavioral question. Decision made within one week.

Good interview process - involved giving presentation. Great offices in Aldgate. There was not a great deal of information on the prospective role and team activities so try and prepare as much as possible.
