Application form via their website. Then was sent a link to complete a global online assessment via Cappfinity platform. This took 45 mins and tested cognitive ability and personality traits. Two days later I received a strengths assessment.

Applied through internal referral. There was total one round interview with Director and HR together. Asked about past work experience, why AECOM, some behavioral question. Decision made within one week.

Good interview process - involved giving presentation. Great offices in Aldgate. There was not a great deal of information on the prospective role and team activities so try and prepare as much as possible.
