The first round consisted of three 30 minute 1:1 interviews, with each person assigned to cover a specific core competency - all focused either on behavioral questions and past experience. They were conducted sequentially in a 90 minute window.

The HR person didn't seem to know anything at all about the role, but shared with me the benefits information, discussed salary, etc. I assumed they were all but ready to hire me.
