My experiences with the recruiter throughout the interview process/ role play were excellent, she gave me tips and tricks before every round. Although after making a 6-hour drive for the final round and hearing positive feedback at the conclusion of the interview, I was ghosted and follow-up emails ignored.

Interviewed with the VP of sales for San Diego. She seemed distracted the entire interview. She resisted back-and-forth conversation, which made the interview very impersonal. Her responses to my answers never went beyond "okay" or "great". I did hear back within a few days, which I did appreciate.
