45 - 55K offered salary which is below industry standard for implementation. Interview process is a mess, you have to speak with 2 recruiters that don't know much about the position. Scheduler called and confirm time time for 2nd interview, sent email to confirm then when the interview time arrived the recruiter called my cell phone and hung up. The callback number was busy both times I tried to call back. No response via email for 1 week lol. This is a good first job if you are fresh out of college but If you are a tech industry sophomore I would take your talents to a better organized company with more updated software. Here you will be underpaid and have to navigate a poorly organized interview process.

Screening with talent acquisition person that was thirty minutes, I had a phone interview for an hour then an in person interview.None of the people were the same except the original recruiter throughout the process
I applied online and completed online hire View video response .two weeks later.The hiring manager contacted me to ask follow-up questions about my experience and skills. He mentioned that I would have an assessment to complete and assured me that I would receive a follow-up within three days. He also informed me that I could reach out using the 1-800 number for any inquiries.
After a week without a response, I called the 1-800 number. They told me I had passed the assessment and advised me to check my email for the next steps. However, the next steps never arrived, and my application status still showed "in progress" three weeks later. I felt ghosted with no feedback or consideration, especially after putting time into that assessment.
I found it unacceptable to be left without communication. The 1-800 line wasn't helpful either; they kept telling me to watch my email. Overall, the lack of communication and feedback was very frustrating.
