First interview was with a recruiter from HR. The usual behavioral questions. The interviewer was easy to talk to and the questions were not complicated. Some were based on my resume. I was out of town, so I had to fly in for the second interview. This cost was born by me. Two (2) hours before I left my house to drive to the interview, I got a call from the recruiter cancelling the interview as the hiring manager has conflicts in her schedule. This second interview was rescheduled as a telephone interview where the hiring manager was still not able to attend, but the second interview (who is also in the same roll currently) conducted the interview. Once again the interview was easy and based on my resume. Some questions were based on how you handle stress and deal with a fast paced environment. I sent a thank you email via the recruiter to both interviewers. I have not had any responses to date. The last communication I had from the recruiter was that she had not heard back anything from the hiring manager to date and she would be checking.

Had an initial phone consultation, about 20 minutes with an HR person from the states. Very stereotypical questions, incredibly inpersonal left me feeling like I would be a cog in the machine not a valued employee. Was never contacted again, I cannot understand how a company with a big recruitment portal can't at least provide a stock email with "unfortunately we won't be taking you forward in the process"
