After two video interview discussions I was informed that I cleared the rounds and the internal approval is pending. After a week I was asked to interview for another round. This round was with Vice President , HR where the interviewer was extremely rude and discriminating. After the entire discussion interviewer suggested I go with a contract employment while I actually interviewed for a full time position. The company although an MNC seems to lack in streamlining things and also clear lack of communication within teams itself. It would be highly appreciated if the candidates are treated with basic respect.

The process included an initial corporate recruiter screening call, four separate phone interviews with three different people including the hiring manager and his peers, two face-to-face meetings with managers, and a task to complete where I used Prezi to present a solution to a problem presented by the hiring manager.
