Started with a phone screening. Advanced to a few various interviews with different managers and current employees. Final process was a sales role play to a panel of current employees and higher ups.

Very straightforward. Total of 5 managers interviewed me that day and they ask you to use the STAR format. They are honestly looking to get to know you and test your sales ability.

Er is sprake van drie verschillende gesprekken. Steeds met een laag hoger in de organisatie. Daarnaast moet je tot slot een eindpresentatie geven over een product/app of iets willekeurigs naar keuze.

Er is meer sprake van Roleplay scenarios. Eerst heb je gewoon een kennismaking en later gaan ze vragen stellen maar deze hebben betrekking op de roleplay die je krijgt.
