Applied online. Contacted by recruiter within 48 hours for phone screen. Scheduling call with recruiter was painless and flexible. Call with recruiter was about 15-30 minutes, discussed job description, some specifics behind the position, my reason for applying, why I would be a good fit, etc. Very relaxed, great conversation with Recruiter. Offered in-person interview during that call. About a week later, had in-person interview with the hiring manager. Again, very relaxed, great conversation. Prepare for STAR type behavioral questions. I was offered the position the next week and accepted. Recruiter was available for questions throughout the entire process and very quick to respond. Background check took another week or so. Overall a great recruiting experience!

Tell me about one of your greatest accomplishments?
Screening with talent acquisition person that was thirty minutes, I had a phone interview for an hour then an in person interview.None of the people were the same except the original recruiter throughout the process
I applied online and completed online hire View video response .two weeks later.The hiring manager contacted me to ask follow-up questions about my experience and skills. He mentioned that I would have an assessment to complete and assured me that I would receive a follow-up within three days. He also informed me that I could reach out using the 1-800 number for any inquiries.
After a week without a response, I called the 1-800 number. They told me I had passed the assessment and advised me to check my email for the next steps. However, the next steps never arrived, and my application status still showed "in progress" three weeks later. I felt ghosted with no feedback or consideration, especially after putting time into that assessment.
I found it unacceptable to be left without communication. The 1-800 line wasn't helpful either; they kept telling me to watch my email. Overall, the lack of communication and feedback was very frustrating.
