El proceso duró 2 días. Acudí a una entrevista en ADP (San Francisco, CA) en abr 2011
Entrevista
The process was fairly normal. I had two phone interviews, one with a hiring manager and another with a recruiter.
The first interview went fine, the manager was extremely polite and attentively listened to my answers. However, in the second interview, I right away knew that the recruiter was in a bad mood. Her questions/answers were short and came with a bit of attitude. It was quite frustrating because I felt like I wasn't given a fair chance; it was like she didn't like me even though I had just started speaking with her. It may sound stupid- I wish I could explain it better, but all you can do is hope that the interviewer is having a good day...
The interview process was pretty straightforward and similar to a typical interview. It included basic questions about my background, experience, and how I handle different work situations, along with some discussion about the role and expectations.
The process was easy An interview experience is a description of what happened when someone attended a job interview. People usually share their interview experience to help others understand how the interview process works in a company and what kind of questions or tests they might face.

Very easy and good. Recruiter was quick and not intimidating at all to go through the process from managers to the VP. All in all process itself was comparable to any other entry level job
