Applied online, was contacted by their recruitment team a few weeks later. Met with the team once and with the program director once as well. The recruitment officer was very good, he shepherded me through the whole process and even worked around an international trip I had scheduled between in-person interviews. The job looked very good and the interview process was efficient and pleasant.

Behavioral questions. How have you dealt with difficult situations, people, challenges at work etc.
good but short, questions were star based and pretty to explain. I felt like it was all basic questions that i can google on the internet. Three interviewers. the hiring manager and two other people that are cross functional

The recruiter reached out and bailed 3 times without any notice in advance, eventually disappeared at the third rescheduled time for phone call. I hope the team do understand every candidate applied to the role based out of belief to the company’s mission so that they can show mutual respect. It makes the company’s written value looks like a fraud basing on their HR team’s act.

Human Resources is the first contact, then the hiring manager for the position, then a panel interview, and then an interview with VP. It is a long process and patience is required.
