The 99 is one of best startups companies of Brazil! It has a very cool and casual environment, different of the traditional companies. The interview process was in two phases, on first stage I talked with the Juliana, the HR professional and Nicolas, the frontman of MIS team. In the second stage I talked with the members of Users Service Unit team, the main client of MIS team. All the time I can be myself, telling about me, my experiences, my skills, hobbies, dreams and my carrer objectives. All the process, mainly the people that participated were very nice, as expected.
