My interview was directly with one of the store owners. I was interviewed on the spot after filling out my application and I saw a now hiring sign in the front window. The owner was very pleasant. I was pretty much hired on the spot and told when I would start training.

Easy, quick, and polite manager. Took no more than 15 minutes and was told I can start the following week. Inquired about previous retail experience and if I had worked at a convince store before.

They scheduled the interview and once I got ready spend my time to reach there they said they already hired someone. Why are you wasting time of people if you already hired.
Smooth and not pressure, everything goes well, store manager very friendly. Its took only 10 to 15 minutes of interview. Just a simple and important question. Need to walk in to fill up the form.
