En general es malo. Muchas veces entran personas que no puedes evitar preguntarte "¿Cómo es que pasó la entrevista?". Esto por la pésima actitud que tienen, cero ganas de trabajar o siquiera dejar el teléfono.

Muy bueno, sólo que muchas veces no se enfocan en la licenciatura que estudiaste o estudies, si no que si te ocupan te contratan, pero todo estuvo perfecto, se tardaron un poco en el trámite de contratación.

It was a very easy interview, I felt confident going in . You will take a test with simple math questions. No calculator will be used. One done you will be asked your work schedule and will know further information

I applied online and the recruiter reached out to me in 3 days. They were very engaging and answered any questions I had before the interview. I had 1 interview with 2 managers and was told that they would reach a decision after they evaluated all the candidates(which was about 2 weeks). I had to reach out 3 times to the recruiter to find out the status of my application. They ghosted me! The recruiter did not bother responding to any of my follow-up emails. Did not expect such behavior from 7-Eleven. I have been ghosted by this company twice once for this role and once for another role. I think they really need to work on improving their interview process

The area manger ask me a couple of questions and then later on. I got a called from cooperate saying I got the position. I was definitely happy. He told he was going to call me in a couple of days because he was still doing more interviews.

Very casual encounter while I was golfing. I was interviewed without know and then suddenly proposed an offer. He was a genuinely good guy, and gave me his business card.

There were three rounds, two over the phone and one in person. One with an HR rep - surface level questions. One with what would be my boss - slightly deeper questions about my skills and what I expect from the job. The last one was in person with both the second round interviewer and the department head. It was comfortable and more casual than I expected. We got into my tech interests and how I see this job playing a role in my future development

I literally just came in and the owner asked me questions about my availability and pay. He also gave a short description about what type of job I’m going to be working.
