Interview with market manager after passing online assessment.Day spent in the field with a current field consultant. Field consultant then provides feedback to market manager. If all goes well job offer very quickly. In training once offer accepted.

Three interviews, first one from a recruiter and two from market managers of different markets. For field consultant position, an employee must work as a manager of a company store for a year to gain experience
2 phone and 1 in person. Phone interviews lasted an hour. In person an hour as well. Process wasn’t difficult compared to other companies. Dress business for the interview. Each in person is regionalized
