they will ask you basic scenario based question to test you and try to analyze you the way you respond and give solution to any particular situation and then will ask you some personality based questions
Just 1 interview with manager. It was an in person interview. I was asked customer service related questions. stregnth weakness. How you work underpressure etc. How you learn quickly. What is your availability?
Very short very easy nothing too crazy that you don’t know about. Mainly personal experience questions nothing technical like if you know how to use this or that, only the system to do customer transactions and clocking in and out as well as learning how to use slurpee machines etc.
