Hiring process is long but it is beneficial to you and the employer. You will do 3-4 phone interview, a ride-along with a current field consultant and then a final interview after that. There are multiple opportunities to jump ship as the prospective employee as well as opportunities for them to stop the process too.

Three interviews, first one from a recruiter and two from market managers of different markets. For field consultant position, an employee must work as a manager of a company store for a year to gain experience
2 phone and 1 in person. Phone interviews lasted an hour. In person an hour as well. Process wasn’t difficult compared to other companies. Dress business for the interview. Each in person is regionalized
