Waste of time, a lot of waiting for responses, for some reason i had a technical interview first with the hiring manager from Italy, after 3 weeks of waiting we scheduled an HR interview with someone from Romania that had nothing to do with the project and could not answer any of my questions regarding the team or the project itself and i received a default rejection email after more then a month of waiting.
