WHAT CHALLENGE WILL YOU BE TAKING ON?
GMV is looking for a highly motivated Backend Developer to join the team at the Space Surveillance Centre (S3TOC), supporting the development, maintenance, and evolution of software platforms that provide Space Surveillance and Tracking (SST) services. GMV is a leading company in the space sector, particularly in SST and Space Traffic Management (STM). GMV engineers apply cutting-edge technologies to develop the solutions of the future. We are looking for software engineers who bring innovation, a proactive mindset, and, above all, passion for the technological challenges of the space domain. As part of the S3TOC engineering and operations team, you will contribute to large-scale projects for the processing and dissemination of space surveillance data, ensuring that operational systems are robust, scalable, and secure. These systems play a key role in collision avoidance, re-entry prediction, and debris mitigation, which are becoming increasingly critical due to the exponential growth of satellites and orbital debris.
