About Salesforce
Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn’t a buzzword — it’s a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.
Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.
The Senior Technical Consultant (STC) role is part of Salesforce Professional Services in Iberia — a team of delivery professionals working directly with Spain and Portugal's most complex enterprise customers. You'll join a practice navigating one of the most technically demanding moments in its history: the shift to Agentforce delivery at enterprise scale, in regulated industries, in Spanish.
As an STC, you're the person who gets things built. You'll own technical workstreams end-to-end — from solution design through to go-live — on multi-cloud Salesforce implementations that live inside complex enterprise architectures. This is a hands-on delivery role with real customer impact and a clear path toward Technical Architect.
What You'll Actually Be Doing
Build & Deliver
- Design and implement high-quality Salesforce solutions — Apex, LWC, Flow, and integrations — not just review them
- Lead technical workstreams on complex, multi-cloud implementations including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Agentforce, and Data Cloud
- Own Proof of Concepts (POCs) end-to-end, from architecture to working demo
- Produce and maintain key solution artefacts: technical design documents, data models, integration specs
Integrate & Engineer
- Design and build enterprise integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, event-driven architectures (Platform Events, Kafka), and middleware platforms (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, custom)
- Write clean, maintainable code in multiple languages — Salesforce-native (Apex, LWC) but also Python for data pipelines, scripting, and AI/ML tooling, and JavaScript/Node.js for front-end customisation and headless integrations
- Work with structured and unstructured data: SQL/SOQL, JSON/XML transformations, ETL processes
- Understand and navigate the broader enterprise technology stack — ERP, CRM, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) — because Salesforce rarely lives alone
Collaborate & Advise
- Work alongside Technical Architects to translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable solutions
- Engage directly with customer technical teams — developers, IT leads, and project owners — as a trusted day-to-day delivery partner
- Participate in technical discovery workshops and contribute to solution design decisions
Enable & Grow
- Share reusable assets, playbooks, and technical knowledge with the team
- Mentor junior consultants on platform best practices
Pursue certifications and continuous learning aligned with the team's evolving practice areas (Agentforce, Data Cloud, AI)
-
You're Our Person If...
- 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce implementation experience in a consulting or professional services environment
- Real coding experience: Apex, LWC, REST/SOAP integrations — not just declarative configuration
- Proficiency in at least one general-purpose programming language: Python (preferred for data/AI use cases), JavaScript/TypeScript (front-end or Node.js), or equivalent
- Proven track record delivering complete Salesforce projects from discovery through go-live
- Comfortable working across the full technical stack — not just the CRM layer
- Strong communicator — able to explain technical decisions clearly to both developers and business stakeholders
- Fluent in both Spanish and English (Portuguese is a strong plus for our Iberia coverage)
Certified Salesforce Administrator and at least one of: Platform Developer I, Platform App Builder, or Sales/Service Cloud Consultant
-
Even Better If...
- Experience with Agentforce, Data Cloud, or Field Service Lightning
- Additional Salesforce certifications: AI Associate, Agentforce Specialist, or Application Architect track
- Background in software engineering, computer science, or a related technical discipline
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and DevOps practices applied to Salesforce projects
- Familiarity with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) and building AI-augmented solutions
- Exposure to enterprise integration patterns and iPaaS platforms (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi)
- Experience working in regulated industries: financial services, energy, life sciences, or public sector
- Familiarity with Veeva Systems (CRM or Vault) in Life Sciences contexts
- Contributions to knowledge-sharing: tech club sessions, internal demos, or reusable accelerators
