WAREHOUSE CUSTOMER SERVICE

1. Order Management

  • Receive, review, and process customer orders.
  • Coordinate with the picking/packing team to prioritize urgent or special requests.

2. Shipment Coordination

  • Schedule and confirm delivery appointments with carriers and customers.
  • Prepare and verify shipping documents (packing lists, bills of lading, invoices).
  • Track shipments and provide proactive updates to customers.

3. Customer Communication

  • Act as the primary contact for customer inquiries regarding order status, inventory levels, and delivery times.
  • Resolve issues such as short shipments, damages, delays, or returns.

4. Inventory Support

  • Assist with cycle counts and inventory reconciliation as needed.
  • Communicate stock availability and low-stock alerts to customers or sales teams.

5. Problem Resolution

  • Investigate discrepancies between orders, inventory, and shipments.
  • Coordinate with warehouse staff to locate missing items or correct picking errors.
  • Escalate unresolved or recurring issues to warehouse management.

6. Collaboration

  • Work closely with logistics, sales, and warehouse teams to improve service levels.
  • Participate in meetings to review KPIs (e.g., order accuracy, lead times, customer satisfaction).

Requirements:

  • Academic : SPM,diploma or degree in logistic,supply chain management or any related field
  • Experience: 1–3 years in customer service, logistics, or warehouse administration, fresh graduate encouraged to apply
  • Systems: Familiarity with WMS, ERP (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, Oracle), and MS Office (Excel, Outlook).
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to working at Pulau Indah,Klang

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
