SUPPLY CHAIN EXECUTIVE

Job Descriptions:

• Source, and negotiate (e.g., standard parts, machinery ) from both local and overseas vendors.
• Compare and evaluate quotations & offers from multiple vendor.
• Manage and evaluate the vendor — ensuring quality, timely delivery, fair pricing, and reliable service.
• Accountable for recording of data (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) as to develop internal databases.
• Collaborate with other departments to fulfill needs and manage urgent order requests.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the immediate superior when necessary.

Job Requirements:

• Candidates with a minimum SPM, Diploma, or Degree
• Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel
• Ability to communicate effectively with good interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in data record
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
