En Route Technologies is looking for a motivated and performance-focused SEO Specialist to join our onsite team. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in search engine optimization, paid marketing campaigns, and digital growth strategies. This role requires someone who can enhance online visibility, increase organic reach, and generate high-quality leads through data-driven marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute SEO strategies to improve website rankings and increase organic traffic
• Perform keyword analysis, competitor research, and technical SEO evaluations
• Optimize website content, page structure, metadata, and landing pages for better search performance
• Implement both on-page and off-page SEO practices, including backlink development
• Create and manage Google Ads and social media advertising campaigns to drive conversions
• Monitor website traffic and campaign effectiveness using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and related platforms
• Analyze KPIs and prepare detailed performance reports with recommendations for improvement
• Coordinate with content creators, designers, and developers to ensure successful campaign execution
• Stay informed about industry trends, algorithm updates, and evolving digital marketing practices

Requirements

• 3–4 years of practical experience in SEO and digital marketing
• Strong understanding of technical SEO, content optimization, link-building techniques, and PPC advertising
• Hands-on experience with tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, or similar platforms
• Familiarity with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms, especially WordPress
• Strong analytical thinking and reporting capabilities
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
