Senior Sales Executive

The Role

We’re not looking for someone who just hits a quota. We’re looking for someone who loves the work — the relationship, the pitch, the follow-through, and the win.

As a Senior Sales Executive at BloomLED, you will own a portfolio of B2B accounts across contractors, property developers, retail chains, and design firms. You will prospect, pitch, close, and manage accounts with the kind of presence that makes clients want to call you first.

This role is built for someone ready to grow. The person we hire today could be building and leading a team within 12–18 months, if they prove themselves.

What You’ll Do

  • Own your pipeline end to end, from prospecting contractors and developers to closing deals and managing accounts.
  • Build genuine, long-term relationships with key decision-makers in construction, retail, and property.
  • Represent BloomLED in client meetings, site visits, and showroom consultations with professionalism and energy.
  • Keep HubSpot clean and updated. Every deal must have a status, a next step, and an owner at all times.
  • Collaborate with operations and design teams to deliver on what you sell.
  • Contribute to a team culture where performance is expected and people are genuinely cared for.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–3 years of B2B sales experience. Background in construction, real estate, electrical, lighting, or similar industries is strongly preferred.
  • Proven track record of closing deals above ₱3M.
  • Comfortable managing key accounts independently without needing a manager in the room.
  • CRM-disciplined. You log calls, update deal statuses, and treat your pipeline as a living document.
  • Mature enough to give and receive honest feedback professionally and without drama.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php45,000.00 per month
