QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of Accounting, Finance, or any Business-related course
• With at least five (5) years of experience as a Business Analyst in Finance and Supply Chain Management
• Familiar with financial systems, Enterprise Resource Planning systems, Microsoft Excel, and data visualization tools
• Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Requirements Gathering and Analysis
• Gathers and documents detailed business and financial requirements from stakeholders
• Ensures requirements align with business goals, compliance standards, and operational needs
• Collaborates with different departments to understand and validate requirements
• Solution Design and System Configuration
• Translates business requirements into functional specifications
• Collaborates with Information Technology and Finance teams to design effective Enterprise Resource Planning solutions
• Oversees system configuration to ensure alignment with business requirements and best practices
• Testing and Validation
• Develops and executes testing strategies to validate system functionality
• Ensures system readiness and compliance with requirements prior to implementation
• Identifies issues and recommends system enhancements
• Training and Change Management
• Develops and delivers training programs for end-users
• Conducts training sessions to ensure proper system utilization
• Facilitates change management initiatives to support smooth system adoption
• Project Management and Coordination
• Manages project timelines, resources, and deliverables
• Coordinates with cross-functional teams to ensure successful system implementation
• Provides regular updates and communicates project status to stakeholders
