About the Role

As a Sales Account Manager, you will play a key role in driving revenue by closing deals, building strong client relationships, and ensuring seamless coordination from pitch to purchase.

Responsibilities

  • Close sales deals for OOH advertising placements across BloomLEDspaces sites
  • Engage, present, and negotiate with clients and decision-makers
  • Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and execution
  • Prepare clear, professional proposals and quotations
  • Maintain organized sales records and follow-ups

Required Skills

  • Strong Communicator – Speaks and writes English clearly and confidently, with persuasive impact
  • Results-Driven Seller – Comfortable engaging clients and closing deals
  • OOH Advertising or Procurement Experience – At least 1 year experience in Corporate Sales and Accounts Management (experience in selling OOH ads such as billboards, and digital LED are highly preferred).

Pay range and compensation package

  • Basic Salary: ₱25,000 – ₱35,000 (depending on experience)
  • Perfect Attendance Incentive: ₱2,000 monthly, plus an additional ₱2,000 bonus upon completing three consecutive months with perfect attendance
  • Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Work-from-home arrangement is available, depending on the nature of tasks
  • Commissions: (Confidential)
