Skills Required
- 2+ years of experience in RPA development using Blue Prism software
- Experience with process analysis, design, and automation delivery & support
- Proficient in MS Office, Adobe, and other office productivity applications for Blue Prism interface
- Programming knowledge in C# and .Net framework
- Good communication skills and willingness to collaborate with technical and business stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Enhance existing automations to address process & system changes
- Design & develop RPA solutions using Blue Prism software, maintain reusable components, & development best practices
- Perform unit/integration testing and support user testing that meet requirements
- Troubleshoot and fix defects identified during testing and post-deployment support
- Assist with bot deployment to QA, UAT & Prod environments based on established change and release procedures
- Assist/prepare RPA documents from process analysis to closure
- Monitor bot executions and respond to failures or alerts in a timely manner
- Continuously research new RPA features, tools, and automation best practices and share to the team
