Job Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Property Consultants
• Drive sales performance and ensure achievement of team targets
• Recruit, train, and mentor new sales consultants
• Plan and execute sales strategies and marketing activities
• Conduct meetings, trainings, and performance evaluations
• Monitor pipeline, reports, and sales productivity
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders

Qualifications

• Proven experience in real estate sales or related field
• With leadership or team management experience
• Strong communication, coaching, and negotiation skills
• Results driven and highly motivated
• Professional, reliable, and goal oriented
