Real Estate Sales Manager

Position Overview:
As a Real Estate Manager, you will oversee a diverse portfolio of properties. You’ll need to bring & manage seven property consultants. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills who can navigate the complexities of the real estate market while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee a residential and leisure property portfolio.
• Develop and implement strategies on how to increase sales and meet quotas.
• Stay up-to-date with market trends and latest advertising techniques for Real Estate ads.
• To be able to complete 7 Property Consultants to be part of his/her team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1 year of experience in real estate management or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of property management software and real estate regulations.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
