Project Engineer - Lipa

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Civil Engineering Graduate; Licensed Civil Engineer
• With 1 - 2 years work experience in Mass Housing
• Knowledgeable in MS Office and Autocad
• Good in technical and communication skills

JOB SUMMARY:

The Project Engineer is responsible for the daily construction activity in assigned area. Site supervision of admin workers and contractor's activities. Promotes effective, safe, and efficient execution of works.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Implement the construction of units based on the plan, budget cost, schedule and safety procedure.
• Monitor and control the quality of on-going construction works.
• Cooperate and communicate effectively with the Project-In-Charge to accomplish the given target for the specific units.
• Coordinate the availability of materials for the weekly target units with the Material Control Engineer.
• Ensure compliance to safety procedures & practices, in line with the safety officer tasks.
• Update the percentage completion on NOAH System of the specific units.
• Update the weekly accomplishment report.
• Receive, review & process contractors billing.
• Allocate the general & daily activities to the foremen and admin workers
• Supervise the performance of the contractors on the given projects to ensure the quality of works and timely delivery.
• Monitor and record the daily weather condition.
