Project Engineer - Dasmarinas

JOB SUMMARY:

The Project Engineer is responsible for the daily construction activities. Site supervision of admin workers and contractors' activities. Promotes effective, safe, and efficient execution of work.

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Implement the construction of units based on the plan, budget, cost, schedule, and safety procedure.
• Monitor and control the quality of ongoing construction works.
• Cooperate and communicate effectively with the Project-In-Charge to accomplish the given target for the specific units.
• Coordinate the availability of materials for the weekly target units with the Material Control Engineer (MCE).
• Ensure compliance to safety procedures and practices, in line with the safety officer's tasks.
• Update percentage of Completion on NOAH System of the specific units.
• Update weekly accomplishment report.
• Receive, review and process contractors billing.
• Allocate the general and daily activities to the foreman and admin workers.
• Supervise the performance of the contractors on the given projects to ensure the quality of works and timely delivery.
• Monitor and record the daily weather condition.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Graduate of BS in Civil Engineering or BS in Architecture
• Minimum of 2 years of work-related experience
• Computer literate
• Good communication skills, decision-making skills, negotiation skills and listening skills
• Willing to be hired under project-based employment
• Willing to be assigned in Dasmarinas, Cavite and different project locations
