Project Engineer - Calamba

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Civil Engineering Graduate; Licensed Civil Engineer
• With 1 - 2 years work experience in Mass Housing
• Knowledgeable in MS Office and Autocad
• Good in technical and communication skills

JOB SUMMARY:

The Project Engineer is the second responsible on the project site. He/She ensures the overall quality of the sub-contractor works and admin workers (housing & land development).

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Directly responsible in the project execution.
• Ensure the quality of sub contractor works.
• Update PIC regarding all issues on site affecting time, cost, safety and quality.
• Update weekly Housing Accomplishment Report.
• Process sub – contractor’s billings as per accomplishment (housing & land development).
• Assist sub-contractor for House Unit Inspection prior for PMD-COA.
• Administer in testing & commissioning of necessary housing components.
• Record & Monitor’s payment to subcontractors.
