MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Civil Engineering Graduate; Licensed Civil Engineer is a plus
- With 1 - 2 years work experience in Mass Housing
- Knowledgeable in MS Office and Autocad
- Good in technical and communication skills
JOB SUMMARY:
The Project Engineer is the second responsible on the project site. He/She ensures the overall quality of the sub-contractor works and admin workers (housing & land development).
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Directly responsible in the project execution.
- Ensure the quality of sub contractor works.
- Update PIC regarding all issues on site affecting time, cost, safety and quality.
- Update weekly Housing Accomplishment Report.
- Process sub – contractor’s billings as per accomplishment (housing & land development).
- Assist sub-contractor for House Unit Inspection prior for PMD-COA.
- Administer in testing & commissioning of necessary housing components.
- Record & Monitor’s payment to subcontractors.
