Portfolio Specialist

Makati City

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Portfolio Specialist to help manage, organize, and improve our company’s document systems and processes. In this role, you’ll ensure information is accurate, secure, compliant, and easy to access across the organization.

What You’ll Do
-Develop and maintain document management policies and procedures
-Review and edit documents for accuracy, clarity, and completeness
-Organize, classify, and securely store company documents
-Monitor document access and retention to ensure compliance
-Maintain and update the document database for easy retrieval
-Create standardized templates and formatting guidelines
-Train employees on document management best practices
-Support improvements to IT systems related to document management

What We’re Looking For
-Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Information Management, or related field
-1–3 years of experience in document management or similar role
-Strong organizational and multitasking skills
-Excellent attention to detail and proofreading abilities
-Strong communication and collaboration skills
-Experience with document management systems
-Knowledge of document retention regulations is a plus

Location: Makati (but will transfer to BGC Taguig by Q2 or Q3 of this year)
Working Setup: Full Onsite Work
