Job Title: Senior Operation Executive

Job Responsibilities 工作职责:

1. Operations Oversight 运营监督

  • Supervise and coordinate day-to-day warehouse, billing, and logistics operations.监督和协调日常的仓库、账单及物流运作。
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of orders, deliveries, and inventory movement across all warehouse divisions: Offline, E-commerce, Reprocess / QC.确保所有仓库部门(线下、电商、重工/质检)的订单、配送及库存流动及时且准确。

2. SOP Implementation & Process Improvement SOP 执行与流程优化

  • Assist in establishing and enforcing departmental standard operating procedures (SOP). 协助制定和执行部门的标准操作流程(SOP)。
  • Monitor SOP compliance across teams; identify gaps and propose improvements.监督各团队的SOP遵循情况,识别漏洞并提出改进建议。
  • Regularly review and update existing processes to align with operational needs and company goals. 定期审查并更新现有流程,以符合运营需求和公司目标。

3. Data Management & Reporting 数据管理与报表

  • Analyze operational data to identify inefficiencies or bottlenecks. 分析运营数据,识别低效或瓶颈环节。
  • Generate regular reports (daily, weekly, monthly) on operational performance, manpower usage, and delivery fulfilment. 提供日常、每周及每月的运营表现、人力使用及配送完成情况报告。
  • Provide insights for decision-making by management. 为管理层提供决策数据支持。

4. KPI & Goal Support 绩效与目标支持

  • Assist in developing long-term operational strategies aligned with department KPIs and company KRAs. 协助制定与部门关键绩效指标(KPI)和公司关键结果领域(KRA)相一致的长期运营战略。
  • Monitor progress against key performance indicators and highlight areas for improvement. 监控关键绩效指标进展,指出需改进的领域。

5. Budget & Cost Oversight 预算与成本监管

  • Assist in preparing operational budgets and monitor department-related expenses. 协助编制运营预算并监控部门相关开销。
  • Work with the team to ensure efficient resource use and cost control. 与团队合作,确保资源高效使用并控制成本。

6. Issue Resolution 问题处理

  • Proactively identify and resolve operational issues affecting warehouse performance, order processing, or delivery timelines. 主动识别并解决影响仓库表现、订单处理或配送时效的问题。
  • Act as a key contact point for escalations from supervisors or other departments. 作为主管或其他部门问题升级的主要联络点。

7. Team Support & Supervision 团队支持与监督

  • Motivate and support billing and warehouse staff to meet departmental targets. 激励并支持账单及仓库员工以达成部门目标。
  • Work closely with warehouse supervisors to manage staff allocation and workflow across warehouse divisions. 与仓库主管紧密合作,进行人力调配与各仓库工作流程管理。
  • Assist in staff development and training. 协助员工发展与培训工作。

8. Cross-Department & Branch Collaboration 跨部门与分公司协作

  • Liaise with the KL and KK branches to align operational procedures and standards. 与KL及KK分公司协调统一操作流程与标准。
  • Coordinate with Merchandising and Business unit teams to ensure timely fulfillment. 商品采购及业务团队协作,确保订单及时履行。

9. Documentation & System Coordination 文件与系统协调

  • Ensure accurate record-keeping for billing, stock movement, returns, and rework jobs. 确保账单、库存流动、退货及返工工作的记录准确。
  • Work with the MIS team to flag and resolve system issues related to WMS or invoicing systems. 与MIS团队合作,及时发现并解决WMS或开票系统相关问题。

10. Other Duties 其他职责

  • Perform other tasks and projects as assigned by the Senior Operation & System Manager. 执行资深运营与系统经理指派的其他任务与项目。
  • Participate in audits, warehouse planning, and seasonal sales preparation. 参与审核、仓库规划及促销旺季的准备工作。

Requirements 要求:

  • Minimum Qualification: Diploma/ Degree/ equivalent or relevant working experience.
  • 学历要求:文凭/学位/同等或相关工作经验。
  • At least 3 years of relevant warehousing working experience. 至少3年相关仓储工作经验。
  • Strong team player with high degree of commitment, well organizes and able to handle multiple tasks. 具有较强的团队合作精神和高度的敬业精神,良好的组织能力和处理多个任务的能力。
  • Knowledge and understand warehouse management and computer literate. 具备仓库管理知识和计算机知识
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English, Bahasa Malaysia and CN. 优秀的英语、马来西亚文和中文沟通能力。

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
