IT Project Manager

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of project management experience
• Proven delivery of medium to large-scale projects with strong experience in IT infrastructure, networks, and software applications.
• Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, with the ability to think on their feet and respond quickly to evolving project demands.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders
• Strong risk management and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• PMP and Food & Beverage industry experience is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

Pre-Implementation:

• Review contracts to define scope and deliverables
• Partner with Sales on bid transition and customer context
• Lead customer onboarding and kickoff meetings
• Develop project plans (timeline, milestones, resources)
• Coordinate third-party integrations

Implementation:

• Implement project plan (e.g., configuration, installation)
• Monitor progress, manage risks/issues, and act as first escalation point
• Manage scope changes and requirements
• Client and Stakeholder management.

Close-Out:

• Secure customer sign-off and complete support handover
• Conduct final project review and financial closure

Location: BGC

Work arrangement: WFH/Onsite as needed

Schedule: Mid/Night shift
