What are we looking for?

We are looking for a versatile IT Operations professional who can manage day-to-day IT activities and support a dynamic internal environment. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable handling a mix of technical and administrative responsibilities and enjoys working across different areas of IT.

What are you expected to do?

  • Manage and respond to remote help desk requests on a day-to-day basis.
  • Administer Microsoft 365 and Okta, supporting identity and access management across the organization.
  • Maintain and track hardware inventory, including coordination with vendors and invoice management.
  • Manage and update WordPress websites hosted on platforms such as SiteGround and HostGator, including basic page building and minor PHP-related tasks with the support of AI tools.
  • Assist in onboarding and offboarding workflows, ensuring proper system access and setup.
  • Handle an average of six to seven support tickets daily while maintaining quality and timeliness.
  • Support the development and maintenance of internal databases and documentation.
  • Contribute to building and refining Standard Operating Procedures to improve and standardize IT operations across the business.

You'll be a great fit if:


  • You have at least 4-5 years experience in general IT Global operations or support.
  • You have hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration.
  • You have experience using Okta for identity and access management.
  • You have managed remote help desk requests and can handle day-to-day IT support tasks.
  • You have experience managing hardware inventory and coordinating vendor invoicing.
  • You have supported onboarding and offboarding workflows, including user access and system setup.
  • You have strong general IT support skills and can handle ad hoc technical tasks as needed.
  • You have experience with PowerShell and Azure automation, or are willing to learn.
  • You are comfortable building and organizing databases and documentation.
  • You can help develop and improve Standard Operating Procedures to standardize IT operations.
  • You are detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently in a structured environment.
  • You are amenable to work Monday to Friday (7:00 AM to 4:00 PM Manila Time).

It would be a great addition if:

  • You have experience managing WordPress websites using platforms such as SiteGround and HostGator.
  • You have basic knowledge of page building and PHP for WordPress maintenance.

Please note: This role is remote; however, we require candidates to be based locally in the Philippines. This is to support occasional onsite activities such as team events, client meetings, or equipment handover. Additionally, local residency is necessary for compliance with Philippines labor laws and employment regulations.

  • You’ll go through 3–4 interviews plus a possible assessment with our client partner. This includes an initial chat, a culture-fit interview, and 1–2 conversations with our awesome client. The whole process usually takes 1–2 weeks, but we’ll let you know if things need to move quicker.
