Human Resources Generalist

Pasig City

Human Resources Generalist supports and assists core human resources functions such as recruitment, timekeeping, payroll, benefits administration. Ensures smooth daily HR operations and alignment with company policies.

Monitors daily employee attendance, documenting absences, tardiness, and undertime. Prepares reports for disciplinary action when needed. Assists in enforcing company time and attendance policies to ensure consistency and compliance.

Processes accurate and timely payroll, including wages, overtime, deductions, and bonuses. Ensures compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies while managing employee benefits such as insurance and retirement plans. Maintains payroll records, addresses inquiries, resolves discrepancies, and prepares required reports for management and government agencies.

Maintains accurate and up-to-date employee records. Ensures that all personal details such as job titles, employment history, and salary information are properly documented and securely managed.

Manages office supplies inventory, coordinating maintenance and repair requests, and ensuring a clean and organized workplace. Handles incoming and outgoing mail, manages office correspondence, and assists with business renewals, registrations, and government-related transactions to support smooth departmental operations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 2–4 years of HR experience, ideally in a generalist role.
  • Exposure to multiple HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, payroll, benefits administration, and compliance.
