HMO STAFF - CSA (Quezon City, Manila, Muntinlupa)

We are looking for goal-oriented individuals to fill in the HMO Staff - Customer Service Associate.

Assists and answers queries of Value Care clients and or hospital personnel regarding their plan benefit, consultation, admission and utilization.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible in handling client's inquiries and concerns pertaining to their healthcare coverage.
• Issues outpatient/inpatient approval codes to accredited hospitals, clinics and dentists;
• Coordinates with different departments to address clients needs.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of any medical-related courses
• Applicants with relevant experience are welcome to apply, preferably those with 1–2 years of related work experience.
• Fresh / Entry level applicants are welcome to apply.
• Ideally with exposure to the HMO industry.
• Must have good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask while working under minimal supervision.
• Computer literate with proficiency in MS Office using MS Word and MS Excel.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Quezon City, Manila, Muntinlupa.
