QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• At least l year of experience in related field
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel
• Ability to read and understand numeric data
• Basic computer skills for data entry
• Physical fitness to walk long distances and work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Willing to work on Sundays and Holidays

JOB OVERVIEW/SUMMARY

Responsible for accurately reading and recording of the water consumption/reading data from SW's water meters. Plays a crucial role in ensuring customers are billed timely and correctly based on their actual usage. Also performs collection, disconnections, and reconnections as assigned.

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit assigned locations to read water meters.

• Follow assigned routes to ensure all meters in a designated area are read within scheduled timeframes.

• Record water meter readings accurately using handheld devices, smartphones, or manual logs.

• Enter meter readings into databases or handheld devices.

• Ensure data is transmitted securely to the central billing or reporting system.

• Inspect meters for signs of damage, tampering, or malfunction.

• Report irregularities, unsafe conditions, or unauthorized meter usage.

• Coordinating with the Commercial Team or Site Team for billing and collection complaints.

• Performs collection services from time to time.

• Performs service disconnections and reconnections.

• Performs commercial activities as assigned.

• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of assigned activities

• Prepares daily/monthly report as instructed.

• Adhering to Commercial department's guidelines and processes.

• Must meet monthly and annual internal targets.
