Full job description

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics Communication Technology, Industrial Electronics Technician, General Radio Communication Operator, Licensed Electronic Technician, or willing to be a licensed technician.
• With at least 1-2 years of work experience in the same industry.
• Willing to undergo training as an electronic technician, and customer email service support
• must be computer literate, and proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Registered or Certified 1st Class Radio Telegraph Operator is an advantage.

NOTE: THIS IS AN ONSITE JOB AT BINONDO, MANILA

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the day-to-day support to customers, such as installation, programming, troubleshooting, board repair, diagnosis, and preventive maintenance of the telephone system, headsets, video conferencing system, and its peripherals
• Produce timely and detailed service reports
• Document processes
• Cooperate with the technical team and share information across the organization
• Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings
