Customer Service Specialist

The person we are looking for will be based in Cebu Warehouse. If you have obtained at least one (1) year of solid experience as Customer Service Specialist in the supply chain and logistics industry, then you are the person we need. Specifically, the role is primarily responsible for truck movement monitoring including escalation of delivery issues. Further, he/she shall be tasked to:

1. Update Delivery on Time (DOT) records in the system ensuring accuracy, validity, and completeness of proofs of delivery (POD) documents and timestamps.

2. Monitor and prepare truck delivery reports required on period basis.

Qualifications:

• Must have obtained at least one (1) year SOLID experience on the job as a Customer Service Specialist.
• Proficient in MS Excel.
• Preferably a graduate of Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field.
