Customer Service Associate - Makati

-JOB DESCRIPTION-Manages utilization by thorough probing of medical history and status of members, redirecting them to cost-efficient providers as necessary, scrutinizing hospital billing statements, and properly advising them before issuing approval codes for the appropriate laboratory/ diagnostics requests.-Correctly and professionally instructs client on the proper procedure of availing their benefits within 24 hours of confinement.-Thoroughly attends to member’s inquiries and concerns and extends professional and courteous customer service assistance to all clients and providers-Conducts regular visits to accredited hospitals, clinics and other accredited health facilities as conditions would permit.-QUALIFICATIONS:-Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Nursing or any medical allied courses.
